Terms of Use/Policy

Please read the below terms of use regarding the downloadables and the policies regarding the site in general before downloading or using anything from Klandestine Designs. Premade Layouts (Terms Of Use)

All premade layouts are designed and coded by me. They are linkware, therefore free to use as long as you keep the credits and a link back to Klandestine Designs (or HTAS if you are downloading an older layout) up on your site. Before you download, please take time to read and agree with the terms below:

1. Please DO NOT rip the source code of any layouts (i.e. change the images of the layout while using the same html coding, using just the coding of a premade layout for one of your own website). The only aspects of the premade layout that can be changed are font color and hover color, but please do so only if you know CSS well enough.
2. Please keep the credits up on every page of the site. I have spend alot of time making the layouts.
3. If you change anything on any of the layouts, please DO NOT claim the layout as your own.
4. Please DO NOT use the image in any of the layouts for any other purposes (such as wallpaper, etc). I would always include extras such as avatars or link buttons. You are always welcome to contact me if you want additional avatars or link buttons.

Images (This include wallpapers and avatars)

For Images In General: Unless other wisely stated, none of the images I used on Klandestine Designs, premade layouts, avatars, wallpapers, etc are owned by me since they are already copyrighted by their legally held copyright owners. However, all the images were edited by me. I have spend alot of time on modifying them, so I ask that you visitors to please DO NOT take or post any of the images that I have displayed on Klandestine Designs on your website or any other public places without my permission.

Images that are not edited, drawn, or screencaped by me are given credit on the "Credit" page. If you want to use these images, please ask their original owner for permission. Look in the "credit" page for links to their websites.

For Wallpapers and Avatars: Please also DO NOT direct link them and please save them on to your own computer or website server. Please also keep a link back to Klandestine Designs if you are using any of the avatars on your website. Wallpapers are to be for personal use ONLY (i.e. absolutely no redistribution) and please do not remove the watermark on any of the wallpapers.

Now these original artworks are copyrighted by my friend Cheeko. They are her own creation and she has spend alot of time drawing them and coloring them. Therefore please DO NOT take or post any of her pictures on your websites or any public places without asking for her permission.

Please do not plagiarize the contents in my website, which mainly include posting my website contents on to your website or any public places. It is alot more interesting and fun to write your own stuff, trust me!! ^_^

Again, the layout is copyrighted by me. It is my own design, so please do not copy it and use it on your own website (this include both images used on the site, style, and the CODING).
