Previous Layouts
Want to see the many looks of Klandestine Designs? You have come to the right place! Below are screenshots and descriptions of previous Klandestine Designs layouts.

Version 1
This version features Miaka and Tamahome from Fushigi Yuugi. Ever since I got into the show, I always loved that couple and the love they had for each other. So I thought the dark red color was quiet appropriate. I have done alot of blending for the top image and effect was quite satisfying.

Version 2 Version 2 of Klandestine Designs does not feature any characters from any anime, but instead features a beautiful picture I found on Celestial Star Gallery. I do not remember the name of this particular picture's series, but its beauty inspired me to make a layout that reflects summer, and what does it better than a garden theme ^_^? The version name, Secret Garden, is obviously from the story of the same title. This layout is much lighter than Version 1 and gives off a feeling summer and life with the butterflies and the blooming roses. Hope everyone enjoys it!
Additional Comments: This layout has received alot of great feedbacks and it is definitely one of my most favorite design thus far. It was definitely sad to see this layout go, but I might put it up as a skin for Klandestine in the future once I learn more about php.

Version 3 Version 3 of Klandestine Designs features a gorgeous painting by Onceuponatime18 on DeviantArt. I immediately fell in love with the image (named "Red Sari", which is the women in a fancy red dress walking on the left side of the top image) when I first saw it and wondered how it would look in a layout. Soon I begin to put my idea into reality when I blended her painting with several images found through google image search and other stock images found on DeviantArt and result is the layout you see before you! This layout took me the longest to design (over two days), but it was well worth it, wouldn't you say ^_^? The color reflect the beginning of the wonderful season autumn and the whole layout sort of have this mystical antique feeling to it, which is what I am striving for. The version's name, "Hidden Treasure", plays along the theme of secrecy and also the treasure chest in the image :). This is also the first layout I used image maps. (This layout won second place in Seigikan Graphics' Current Layout Contest - now closed.) |
